What's the rainbow jersey for?
Some sticker cards in the drawer wear a small rainbow jersey in the corner. So do a few templates. It’s the world champion’s jersey, the stripes the winner of the worlds gets to ride in for a year, and in Cycladat it marks a premium sticker.
What it means
Section titled “What it means”A sticker with the jersey is one of the premium ones. Right now that’s power, heart rate and gradient. A template wears the jersey when at least one of the stickers it places is premium.
That’s all it says. The jersey is always in colour, whether or not you’ve paid. It tells you what is premium, not whether you own it. There’s no grey or locked version.
What it doesn’t do
Section titled “What it doesn’t do”It doesn’t stop you doing anything in the editor. Premium stickers can be placed, dragged, resized, restyled and used in templates exactly like the free ones. You can build the whole overlay and preview it with your real data.
The only moment premium matters is when you tap create. If a premium sticker is still on the video, the app offers to unlock it: for this export only, or with a subscription. The paywall uses the same jersey as its icon, so you can tell at a glance why it appeared. Take the premium stickers off and the export is free.
If you’ve subscribed, you’ll never see the paywall, and the jersey stays on the cards regardless. It’s a label, not a lock.
Why these three
Section titled “Why these three”Power, heart rate and gradient are the stickers that make a clip look like a race broadcast, and they’re the ones people asked for most. Keeping them premium is what pays for the app. Speed, cadence, distance, altitude, temperature, time and all the whole-ride totals are free.
The set can change without an app update, so the jersey in the drawer is the current truth rather than this page.
